Standing Up for Yourself
Standing up for yourself can be really hard, especially when others are being mean. It can feel like the whole world is against you, but it's crucial to remember that you deserve respect and kindness, no matter what. I know firsthand how challenging this can be. There was a time when Greenie the Meanie bullied me, making me feel small and unworthy. But then something wonderful happened—Glimmer stepped in. Glimmer was my ally, someone who stood by me and helped me find my voice. An ally is a special friend who supports and stands up for you when you need it most, even when things seem tough.
If you have an ally in your life, I’d love to hear about them. You can always drop me an email, and I'll reply from my space computer. I truly enjoy hearing from all of you and learning about your own journeys and support systems. Remember, it's perfectly okay to be different—our uniqueness is what makes us special.

Apologizing
Hey Blob, I recently realized that I might have hurt someone's feelings, and it's really bothering me. I didn't intend to cause any pain, but now that I'm aware of it, I want to make things right. Could you please give me some advice on the best ways to address this situation and mend the relationship? Thank you! From Greenie,
Hey Greenie, the best way to apologise is to first acknowledge that you are wrong, then tell them how it might have made them feel, and finally say what you will do next time. Here is an example: Hey (name), the other day I think I hurt your feelings when I (insert action you are sorry for). That must have made you feel (insert how they may have felt). Next time I will (add a way to avoid hurting them).
The Power of Kindness
Kindness is a superpower that everyone has! Even small acts of kindness can make someone's day better, including your own. It’s always important to be kind to people, as you never know just how important your kindness means to them. Kindness is free, so why not spread it around and give it away. Being kind or not being kind to someone could be a huge difference to them having a really good day, or a really sad day. We know how important it is for someone to be kind to us, accept us and support us, so why would we treat anyone else any differently? We wouldn’t. So that’s why kindness is so important, to ourselves and to others. And always remember, if you see someone that isn't being kind to someone else, speak up and help out. And always be kind to people no matter what. Lots of glitter and sparkles, Glimmer.

Glimmer's Corner
Hi everyone! I'm Glimmer, and I'm here to spread some positivity and encouragement. I know that sometimes life can be tough, but you're stronger than you think. Let's talk about how to believe in yourself and find your voice!
Believe in Yourself
Believing in yourself is the first step to overcoming challenges. It might seem hard at first, but with practice, you can build confidence and face any situations that may seem challenging at first. Overcoming challenges is how we learn to grow as a person and to become stronger. Challenges may appear small or they may appear big, but no matter how big or small, it’s always important to put yourself first and believe in yourself. Everyone has challenges in life, some visible to others, some not so visible. It’s important to understand you’re not alone, and everyone faces challenges in their own unique way, and in their own time. If you’re ever struggling with any challenges in life and just need someone to talk to, I’m always here so feel free to contact me using the button at the bottom. Lots of glitter and sparkles, Glimmer.
Finding Your Voice
Speaking up can feel a bit scary, but your voice is super powerful! When you tell someone how you feel, whether you're standing up for yourself or a friend, you're doing something really important. It might seem hard at first, but sharing your thoughts can help others understand you better and make things better for everyone.
Even though it can be a little nerve-wracking, remember that speaking up is a way to show that your feelings and ideas matter. Your words can help make things nicer and more fair, and they can encourage others to do the same. So, don’t be afraid to use your voice—it's a special tool that can help make the world a better place!
